Bounty Initiative
The latest Bounty Initiative report is that the campaign is alive and well. We have made a great deal of progress with the city on the building plans (although its slow in coming as expected).
So what is the Bounty Initiative you ask? Our Bounty Initiative is about understanding and applying God’s best for ourselves individually, as a family and corporately as a church. Through the initiative we will raise the funds necessary to complete our new building project on the property to accommodate church growth. This new project entails a 10,454 square foot educational wing and fellowship hall, renovation to our current building, 54 new parking spaces (we currently have 60), and new Memorial Prayer Chapel in memory of Mrs. Farinella.
Our vision to start other Churches in the Seattle area is well on its way! Our first Church planting endeavor began on November 5, 2006 in Sammamish, WA with the newly formed Foundation Baptist Church. On May 7, 2007 our staff Church Planter, Pastor Matt Farinella, was ordained to the ministry, passing a huge milestone for this infant church.
